• Responsible for evaluation of cell site candidates, applications to local zoning jurisdictions, public hearings and appeals, project conformance with conditions of approval, with adherence to construction schedule. • Performed search area and site zoning/permitting evaluations, submission and issuance in a timely and accurate manner. • Documented, monitored and communicated ever-changing jurisdictional requirements and timelines. • Developed and cultivated jurisdictional relationships to facilitate zoning/permitting issuance. • Monitored and accurately documented construction productivity through market and corporate tracking mechanisms, including weekly reports, and the market database maintenance.
