Screen lead compounds from HTS against a large panel of reference and clinical isolates (Gram-positives, Gram-negatives, and yeasts). Collaborate with partner on the Staphylococcus aureus essential genes program. Generate secondary assay results from promising lead compounds (time-kill kinetic assays, spiral gradient endpoint assays, generation of resistant mutants for MOA studies).
