-ability to interact with patients of diverse backgrounds and to resolve conflict like fear of being in a doctors office -persuade and educate patients to putting them at ease -ability to work in a diverse environment -move patients through appointments as scheduled -monitor office and medical supplies  Interviewed patients to obtain medical information and measured their vital sign, weight, and height.  Performed ECG on patients to acquire a general outlook of the heart.  Prepared treatment rooms for patient examination, keeping the rooms neat and clean.  Draw blood and other laboratory specimens preparing them for testing.
