• Perform analysis, research, portfolio management and handle compliance issues in support of a business development team. • Create and successfully incorporated reporting procedures for Business Development, Compliance and Credit departments which allows the groups to operate more cohesively. • Ongoing assessment of credit administration risk through documentation review, annual/quarterly review of required covenants and proper safekeeping procedures of legal documentation. • Initiate opening of client accounts making sure clients fully understand and meet appropriate compliance requirements. • Liaison and maintain effective working relationships with all departments, as well as internal/external auditors especially in regards to compliance and credit documentation.
