Daily Duties at Hertz Corporation:

Develop and maintain an effective marketing plan which details the steps to take in order to improve the success of the branch. Conduct face to face sales calls in order to obtain new business.  Attend/host outside sales meeting or events to promote company and the branch location. Detailed inspection, maintenance, repair, and budget of the fleet of vehicles. Develop relationship and build rapport with all customers and then make recommendations on services. Recommending vehicles for replacement, preparing specifications, and arranging for disposal as necessary. Operating and maintaining computerized fleet management system. This is a computerized system that tracks and reviews vehicles, depreciation and vehicle utilization. Develop a strategy designed to help the employees meet the monthly revenue management goals. Complete performance reviews on all employees and hold meetings with the individual to discuss strengths and weaknesses. Maintain a high level of customer service such that the Net Promoter Score for the store is at or above the field average. Manage the revenue per car and utilize the branch fleet such that the revenue generated is at the maximum level Control and maintain labor costs such that the branch is operating at the optimal level of efficiency Conduct all business in accordance with Hertz policies and procedures such that the branch will pass all audits. Monitor and manage level of bad debt.
