Daily Duties at Rose Bowl Aquatics Center:
Assist and support overall cohesion of the AAF RBAC team, reported directly to Executive Director and Board of Directors. Held fully accountable for annual department budget of $500K. Led negotiations to win large-dollar award NIKE contract, and team sponsorship. Recruited to manage operations for entire swim department including coordinating coach staffing with swim teams, conducting training sessions and scheduling competitions, and team functions. Led training for high school athletes participating at Olympic trials level.
