Core leadership establishing and managing national class aquatics program, including budget administration, financial management and staffing through to a fully operational business enterprise and one of the fastest growing clubs in the United States. Recruited, trained and directed coaching staff. Full P&L accountability for $200K budget. Designed, produced and maintained company web site. Coordinated logistics for 3 locations, fundraising campaigns and special sport event programs
