Daily Duties at 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron:
Manages Enlisted Performance Reports and feedback tracking/processing for 54 military and 17 civilian personnel in Vehicle Maintenance. Composes, edits, finalizes, and routes all flight communications, EPRs, decoration packages and tracks taskers for management on all compositions. Monitors and executes all in/out processing actions of all personnel in the flight. Ensured all 16 inbound airmen had a sponsor assigned to ensure easy and swift transition into the unit. Tracked, monitored, followed up on accomplishment of ancillary training and deployment readiness status of 54 airmen.
