Daily Duties at Bureau Of Reclamation:
Administrative assistant to the Facility Manager. Composed, edited, revised reports, memos, letters, etc in compliance with the Bureau of Reclamation standards. Utilized ETAS (timekeeping database) to track four employee time sheets. Drafted, reviewed, approved three employee's travel arrangements through the GOV Trip server. Reconciled four employees government credit cards in excess of $30,000.00 every month in the Federal Finance System database. Input 1,587 water research reports into the Bureau of Reclamation's electronic library system, EOS, and uploaded reports to World Cat, and online research database.
