Daily Duties at Norwegian Commercial Club:
I was Vice President of Hospitality and Bar Manager at a private club. I did the purchasing of liquor and mixer supplies, I was in charge of inventory and I implemented an inventory tracking program with Microsoft excel. I was in charge of a five people staff and worked with a catering service (vender) for meals and a janitorial service. I organized the Norwegian Commercial Club’s Liquor, mixer, books, and the club meeting paraphernalia storage area.
