Daily Duties at James River Capital Corporation:
-Responsible for daily office operations including telephone screening to Chairman & Vice Chair, ensuring office equipments are functional, adequate office supplies, data management, distribution of mail, managed highly sensitive confidential files, contracting with local vendor for custodian office cleaning on daily basis, ensuring the Chairman & Vice President office furnishings provide a comfortable working environmnent to meet their office work. -Set-up and managed alarm system security system with local vendor to receive discounted montly charges for facility operations. -Prepared & managed annual budget operatiing cost for the office operations, Chairman and Vice President. -Prepared monthly financial business reports for the Chairman's business meetings. -Provided Executive Support to Chair & Vice-Chair, Coordinated Client (weekly) & Staff Meetings (monthly)
