Daily Duties at Silver Legacy Resort Casino:
Recruited to establish and develop training program for the entire Food and Beverage Department. Designed operational screens and price levels for Info Genesis point of sales system for all bars and restaurants. Managed 20 to 40 beverage employees during an 8 hour shift. Conducted TIPS alcohol awareness certification classes, guest service training seminars and serve safe courses. Managed the opening of a new wine-martini lounge in December 2006. Coordinated all guest service feedback for the Food and Beverage department and compiled reports for hotel owners recommending corrective action on negative feedback. Established and Published Food and Beverage monthly newsletter to foster department recognition, pride and culture of quality.
