Daily Duties at Hubbell & Hudson Bistro:
Responsible for ordering china and glassware, cutlery, daily food and beverage products, as well as restaurant support equipment. Organize and coordinate special events and private dining room parties, including policy and contract information, purchasing of specialized small ware, linen, and other items for large party service. Open and close bistro; providing daily cash reports, sales reports, void/comp reports and labor percentages. Coordinate daily tracking of consumables, order, organize and labeling.
