Daily Duties at Merck Research Labs:
Supervised staff of three Compliance Specialists performing change control, instrument validation, document archiving, environmental monitoring, and equipment maintenance/calibration. Assisted labs in preparation for Quality Audits and follow-up responses. Coordinated the review and approval of departmental SOPs; personally reviewed all SOPs for compliance and format. Documentum system Steward.
