Daily Duties at Warner Chilcott Company, Llc:

• Lead the preparation of financial management reports for both financial and managerial accounting (Annual Operating Plan, Latest Estimates, monthly financial statements among others) • Manage month end and quarter end closings for the Puerto Rico Operations, including 100% balance sheet account reconciliations. • Implement Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures in global sites. Set standards for product costing for global sites/Contract Manufacturing. • Analyze overhead actual cost allocation and compare with budget and prior periods. • Audit and obtain root cause for unapplied labor variances • Prepare monthly plants performance reports for management discussion for both financial and management accounting. • Establish key metrics to determine root cause analysis to continuous improve operations and reduce /avoid costs and enhance efficiencies. • Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests and discuss with management project proposals. • Establish and maintain system controls. • Proactively build key business partner relationship with all plant and corporate management to align strategies. • Ensure compliance with tax authorities. • Subject Matter Expert for ERP System- SAP • SOX Compliance Officer
