-Facilitate externship program for students in their prospective career fields -Successfully marketed the program to students and employers which requires accurate identification of marketing channels and developing effective sales pitches/relationship management techniques -Advised students on behavioral and knowledge expectations in preparation for meetings with prospective employers -Created a positive image with employers, faculty and students; conduct presentations; demonstrate an ability to think in an active learning environment, and address conflicts successfully
