Daily Duties at Jnr Incorporated:

Serve as primary client contact, support with management of meeting, event, incentive program. Initially work with Sourcing Manager to obtain site search, once program is sold work with Registration Manager to finalize all registration website parameters, monitor website build and test site. Work with Registration Manager and client to establish attendee reporting requirements and timeline. Work with client to finalize all logistics, air travel, ground transportation, food & beverage, meeting space, room set, audio/visual, production, off-site events, activities and special needs. Negotiation of contracts with hotel and other suppliers including vendor search and proposal process. Execute programs on-site, manage on-site staff, manage and collaborate with vendors. Work with staff to reconcile final invoices and submit requests for payment within payment guidelines. Complete accrual process within client guidelines and timelines. Condust post-event debrief to discuss outcome, positive feedback and challenges. Record report into event history with detailed summary. Budgets for these programs range from $300,000 to $8 million with attendance numbers from small executive programs of 30 to large conferences of 3,000.
