Established new operations and expanded service footprint in 12 additional Midwestern and Eastern states. Cultivated and trained front line management team to handle dramatic growth creating four additional District Management positions and over 20 new Area Manager positions to handle increased customer and revenue base. Consistently exceeded growth and profitability standards every year.
