Daily Duties at Varsity Facility Services:
Achieved revenue targets, increased brand awareness, and established new contractual relationships with multiple Fortune 500 target customers. By intelligently conducting research and developing market intelligence to identify core customer targets, directing prospecting and qualification processes to fill pipeline with high value contacts with near term purchasing intentions. Developed and executed sales plans designed to reach revenue targets of individual operating groups based on strategic advantages and service capabilities. Personally cultivated relationships with decision makers of large core prospects. Assured 85% closure rate through creation of compelling response packages. Coordination of communications with internal departments to drive consensus process on pricing, contract language, strategic growth targets, and timely package submissions. Created and delivered high impact presentations to decision makers. Development of transition planning and communication of implementation milestones. Maintained frequent contact and utilized well developed listening and questioning skills to glean additional opportunities with existing customer, and to garner accurate assessments of satisfaction levels to assure strong referral and recommendation channels.
