Daily Duties at Ppsw:
Develops operational objectives and methods for service improvement by creating comprehensive office policies to assist clinicians in the delivery of optimal patient care to a diverse, multi-ethnic client base. Analyzes client needs and develops goals and processes to improve service and overall office operations. Ensures financial and regulatory compliance by creating and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and federal and state guidelines. Tracks office productivity by developing and implementing customized systems to track staff, clinic operational flow, equipment, and inventory. Assistant Manager Mission Bay Clinic (2004—Present) Coordinates Planned Parenthood San Diego/Riverside Clinic’s research program by assisting the research committee with goals analysis and budget management. Ensures adherence to systems and policies by supervising nurse practitioners and clinic staff, as well as completing various administrative and quality assurance functions. Drives and directs financial processes including accounts receivable, write offs, deposits, and billing procedures.
