Daily Duties at Restaurant Developers Corp.:
As Store Planner, responsible for designing the layout of all new units using AutoCAD. Writting the specifications for all equipment used and materials used in the construction of the store using Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat & Illustrator. Preform site visits to prespective properties to create shell plan from which drawing set is created. Issued bid documents for both construction and equipment procurment. Acted as Project Manager for franchissed stores & Construction Manager for corporate new builds & remodels. Oversaw the maintance department. Maintained complaince with ADA guidelines. Work with vendors to get the best buy on goods provided meeting our required specifications. Acted as Installer for most units.
