Daily Duties at U. S. Air Force:

Responsible for utilizing cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions for current and potential problems. Coordinated with government agencies, civilian contractors, academia, and external customers. Developed contracts, monitored contract performance, and demonstrated potential solutions. Acted as facilities manager evaluating future building requirements and developed cost estimates. directed and coordinated maintenance requirements for 34 C-141 and 21 C-17 cargo carrying jet aircraft. Managed the maintenance effort of over 650 military and civilian maintenance mechanics working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Directed safety and training programs. Supervised, performed employee appraisals, and conducted counseling for over 270 personnel.
