Daily Duties at Jbt Aero Tech:
Managed 20 personnel and provided direct oversight for all site programs to support the daily maintenance activities for the U.S. Airways baggage handling and controls systems at the Philadelphia International Airport. Responsible for managing the sites operating budget, developing budget forecasts, profit margins, overtime, parts inventory, personnel scheduling, and all human resource functions. Met daily with the customer to discuss scheduled repairs, parts ordering and general activities. Developed and implemented the monthly Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspection program for more than 400 pieces of equipment. Was the liaison between the customer and the IT division on all changes made in the automated maintenance management system for inventory management and the PM program. Administered all training and safety programs.
