As a ladies department store Manager, I managed inventory for 11,183 square feet of retail space for a military shopping center that catered to soldiers and their families. I was responsible for training and supervising management staff and associates in a department that averaged $7 million dollars in sales. I had the knowledge, skills and ability to execute business strategies, policies and procedures. Additionally, I was responsible for directing staff training to resolve policy issues and improve customer satisfaction. I assured associate awareness of department promotions, goals and events.
