As a Store Manager I was responsible for preparing and managing shrink and payroll schedules, ensuring efficient time use and maximizing employee awareness of customer service. Additionally, I was required to coach, confront and counsel management staff and associates; train and update employee knowledge of products and operational skills; Identified and met merchandising and customer needs using creative inventory assortments and knowledge of popular trends. As a Manager I was proficient in networking, recruiting, hiring and training new employees. I also have the expertise to provide superb customer service in client and team building.
