Daily Duties at Corporate America Investments Group:
As a Property Manager of several single-family homes, some of which provided housing for military families and others a fully furnished weekly or monthly vacation rentals. I had the knowledge, skills and ability to advertise in various websites, negotiate and prepare rental agreements, schedule showings, hire maintenance staff and oversee inspections. In addition to, I also had the expertise required to manage the financial and accounting records for the rental properties. Referred home sales and various loans.
