• Chief liaison between the product team and the client service team; supported advertising industry’s leading system for trafficking commercials between agencies and broadcasters • Collaborated with internal business teams to identify and analyze business needs; translated business needs into technical and non-technical requirements • Designed and implemented test plans for client feature requests • Coordinated efforts among development, quality assurance, and account teams to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of new projects; oversaw product development lifecycle processes and technology implementation projects including project schedules and estimates • Assisted client support staff in managing and resolving customer issues by identifying defects, reproducing issues, and providing solutions/workarounds; responsible for escalations of project issues to senior management • Worked with technical writers to ensure proper documentation of new functionality • Provided product demos for client support staff
