Additional responsibilities listed below: • Research states’ sales & use tax laws for new businesses and present to management tax savings and future tax impacts for strategic planning • Research & register business licenses for new businesses per state’s rules compliance with no exceptions or delaying new business’ start-up date • Analyze and reconciled deferred tax accounts to ensure completeness • Assist businesses with state tax audit and follow up with auditors and attorneys to ensure completion and final sign-off with no questionable findings
