Daily Duties at Cygnus Sportswear:
Support head office by managing production, QA, sales, compliance. Establish TNA's, monitor spinner and mill daily minimum production quotas. have full financial responsibility for sales team and commercial office, including P&L establishment, budget management, weekly sales and control payroll and operating expenses. Train and supervise production engineer and quality engineers on TPM. Speed turnaround cycles and at the finish product warehouse pick and pack system
