Daily Duties at Oregon Community Credit Union:
Provide progressive mortgage advice to homeowners and prospective homeowners who choose to use their mortgage as a way to create wealth and security. Ask thought provoking questions to discover what is important to clients and clarify their goals. Negotiate for clients, working with up to 20 different people from over five different industries during each transaction. Oversee all the transactional details to make sure deadlines are met during the 30 – 45 day timeline of purchasing or refinancing a home. Use systematized touch points during the loan process to give consumers consistent world class service. Created customized Excel spreadsheets for use in mortgage analysis. Utilize ACT! contact data base management software to manage pipeline. Exceptional customer service has resulted in strong client relationships. Expand business by asking for referrals from current clients. Develop relationships through business networking, community involvement, and industry relations with realtors, builders, and title companies to promote continuous business. Coach branch employees to identify prospects and present home buyer seminars to grow business.
