Daily Duties at Willis North America, Inc.:
Reported directly to the Chief Risk Officer of this major insurance broker and counseled its corporate executive leadership on safety matters. Managed a staff of 11 Safety Professionals plus provided direct risk control services to a substantial client workload including eight Fortune 500-size clients. Clients included those in healthcare, financial services, food services, manufacturing, transportation, chemical, retail, restaurant, education, mining, oil and gas, and hospitality. Additionally, responded to Requests for Proposals; participated in major sales presentations; and managed the relationships with safety, technology, and computer product vendors.
