Manufacturing design of various Chillers including Centrifugal, Screw, Reciprocating and Scroll compressor units. Design of steel piping, copper tubing, sheet metal, castings and machine parts. Software analysis of beams, columns, bolted connections, and isolator loadings. Design of lifting assemblies (PE reviewed) and shop fixtures. Plant layouts and project cost quoting. Creation of bill of materials and database input. Answer questions for shop personnel concerning engineering design and BOM’s. Take corrective action when the need arises. Electrical control box design. Power and control schematics (E.E. reviewed). Extensive shop drawings created for unit production. ASME pressure vessel design (Evaporator, Condenser, Economizer). Three dimensional Cad modeling for all the above.
