Daily Duties at Specialized Health Management:

Leveraged in-depth knowledge with clinical care experience to consult with area nursing homes and long-term care facilities on medical/behavioral assessments and treatments of senior and disabled patients. Educated nursing staff in understanding and responding to the unique dynamics of geriatric patients. Facilitated patient care by conducting audits, authorizing services, and providing MD referrals. Enabled maximum operating efficiency and organizational effectiveness by directing all program development, clinical staff recruiting/hiring/supervision, program/education administration, quality assurance, budget management, and cost control activities.
