Daily Duties at Golden Eagle Log Homes:

contact interested customers, turn customer into a sale, sell minimum of $1.6 million annually. Train new sales personnel, new, and existing dealers throughtout the United States and Canada. Travel to Log Home Expos throught United States, guest speaker at Expo's on Buying a Log Home, work shows creating leads to turn into current or future sales, facilitate home plans, listen to customer of their ideas, wants and then lead customer through details of plans, explain structual strenghts and weaknesses to customer. Present floor plan details to engineers and follow through representing clients interests, needs and desires. Network with builders to attain a builder for client, network with Banks for client to work with, follow up and work with builder and client throughout building process to completion. Visit customer at new log home. Re-write business forms for better flow in company. Work to attain clients budget, write up preliminary costs for log home, tour the client when at Golen Eagle Log Homes stating details of home, building process's, engineering terms of home details, factory and manufacturing details about log process, promoted all departments within company, entertained clients when visit office and at Expos. Train dealers at various training sessions during the year as well as the annual dealer meeting. Recruite customers to becoming a dealer for the company. Wrote newsletters via the internet (Constant Contact) to keep clients interested and up to date of the company, promotions and industry. Performed receptionist duties at front office.
