Guided and trained staff/direct caregivers in thi highly specialized neurobehavioral unit in the least restrictive and most effective enviromental, nonverbal, and and physical stratergies for supervising individuals with traumatic or acute brain injuries. Infused staff with the fundamental knowledge and skills in understanding this population, as well as proactively responding to potentially escalating situations. Maintained optimal fiscal performance by managing expenses to stay within budgetary constraints. The goal was to have the individual return to his/her community.
