Daily Duties at Cardinal Health, Pyxis Products:
Manage the contracting and order processing for an assigned territory of approximately $100 million in annual sales. Administer company policy relative to pricing and terms, and negotiate exceptions to policy within established guidelines. Draft contract revisions, letters of understanding, and all other modifications and additions to standard agreements. Support field sales in the contract negotiation process. Clarify standard terms and conditions for customers. Negotiate non-standard terms and conditions with customers. Assist salesperson in the development of a negotiation strategy. Develop creative solutions to customer pricing and contracting issues. Provide financial analyses for presentations. Execute final version of contract as an authorized agent of Cardinal Health. Supervise 2 Internal Account Specialists and Contract Analyst. Provide daily guidance and direction to all subordinates. Supervise the activities of both Internal Account Specialists and Contract Analyst to insure proper prioritization of work.
