• As the LTD Team Lead, I participated in the hiring of staff, training staff, attending meetings, developing audit methodology, and working closely with Management to ensure that compliance with contracts and regulations is met. Additionally, I handled appealed claims, escalation of claim issues and telephonic communications and negotiated settlements
