Manage 2 employees in my direct dept -Manage employees work, admissions & discharge plan adequately -Conduct quarterly care plan assessments -Assist families/resident with financial matters,making sure residents were eligible for AHCCS( state of AZ public assistance & medicare) -Attend/ prepare reports for Quality Assurance Meetings for dept -COnduct incident/accidents investigation reports -Deal with vendors directly
