Maintained copies of all referral written. Ensure appropriate specimen collection. Ensure timely and accurate completion of case report forms(CRF). Maintain source documentation for all CRFs, including clinic visit,lab data and toher source documents. Monitored very closely all serious adverse events and notified principal investigator immediately, including primary care physician and the IRB of each respective country and U MA Medical School IRB. Responsible for preperation of all IRB submissions, protocol revisions and renewals as needed. Maintain copies of all IRB communication. Ensure that all required documentation is complete and appropriately filed ready for auditors. For studies that were start up develop and write all the standard operating procedures (SOPs), CRFs,and consent and assent for forms. Because these were international studies determine times for telephone conference calls and determine with each study the need to emails regularly. Monitored the data entry so that it was accurate and entered in a timely manner.
