Daily Duties at Millennium Chemicals:

Orchestrated training functions for 2 plants, including regulatory, position training, and skills training. Functioned as Global Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS), which provided online safety training and addressed current safety issues, across Baltimore, Ashtabula, and UK sites. Provided training and development support in absence of site training coordinator. Supervised warehouse activities; contributed to quality control lab efforts. Trained staff on use of bar code system. Performed final product tests; supervised union and non-union personnel in daily operations. Served as ISO Internal Auditor.
