Provided leadership, guidance, and training to staff of 10+; provided security through the management of personnel access to restricted areas and facilities; processed visitor access in support of high visibility conferences along with the coordination of other visitor requirements in support of the facilities mission; monitored secret compartmental information facilities (SCIF), alarm systems, and closed circuit TVs; coordinated emergencies with Federal Protective Services, Arlington County Police and Fire Depts., and building managers/engineers; POC for receipt and safeguard of National Security Information; ensured safety and protection of employees and visitors; minimized potential losses; maintained logs and computer database; and enforced security policies and procedures. Professionally trained in CPR, blood borne pathogens, and basic first aid.
