Daily Duties at Philips & Lite On Digital Solutions:
• Process accounts payable in Oracle 11i and generate checks and wire transfers. • Process non-trade accounts receivable and recorded receipts. • Process inter-company transactions. • Reconcile and record corporate credit card transactions. • Perform monthly general entries, support the management and perform ad-hoc tasks. • Prepare financial statements and reconcile bank accounts. • Assist with month end closing activities and handle chargeback to headquarters in Taiwan. • Interface with finance, credit management, sales and support management to ensure accurate timely accounting services. • Assist in ERP improvement and upgrade. • Assist with annual audit and corporate tax return. • Maintain addition, retirement, location transfer and depreciation of fixed assets
