Daily Duties at Tapestry Solutions:

Integrate TCAIMS software to include Theatre Operations, Air Movement, Unit Move and Air Load Planning to aid customers with the setup of their equipment in a garrison and tactical environment. Deliver over the shoulder and classroom training, troubleshoot, create plans of action, repair and maintain the performance of designated application systems and critical hardware connections. Provide direct support liaison for the customer and help the reach-back support to the Product Manager. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of distribution management and movement control operations while instructing subject material for the TCAIMSII.
