-Oversee facility operation upon absence of administrator -Report to administrator regarding all daily function/ or problems relating building -Work in colloboration with business office re: payroll/ insurance claims _oversee 250 employee under my leadership -Handle employee performance & recongition -Maintain department budgets -Attend monthly budget meeting with governing board -Enforce/introduce new policies & procedure -Conduct physician & staff recruitment -Colloborate with Director of Nursing for proper nursing care transition/ daily routine -Attend state regulation training/ courses -
