Daily Duties at The Mackin Group, Inc. :
I was assigned 2 condominium complexes and 2 apartment buildings. I was responsible for preparing budgets, organizing trustee meetings. Contacting vendors to perform maintenance. I was main contact for these associations. I would continue to record condo fees and rents. Prepare tenant leases, deal with real estate agents during the prime rental season. I would prepare 6-D certificates for any condominium closings. I would attend housing court against any tenant who would fail to pay rent. I dealt with lawyers for delinquent condo owners.
