Started as a T1 agent taking trouble calls from Verizon internal customers with Pomeroy IT solutions. Was promoted to T2 technician remotely diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues. Was promoted again to admin coaching and doing quality control of T1 and T2 agents. I then moved to T2 dispatcher managing and assigning T2 workloads as well as prioritizing tickets for dispatch.
