Daily Duties at Gerent Doane Construction, Inc:
We had a total of 11 crews with a large mechanical facility. I was one of three officers who; however I was not only in charge of day to day implentation of jobs I was also the main sales develpment specialist for the company. I had to deelp a strategic plan to synergize our packaging as a company while selling the value of our product and our workforce. I also had a great grasp of the finance department and directly implemented policies and procedures.
