Daily Duties at Camoplast:

Consulted with production manager and supervisors on employee attendance, behavior, safety, productivity and other issues. Encouraged and coordinated employee participation in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing projects. Coordinated and collaborated with corporate and functional managers and employees to effect change. Managed HR database, payroll, benefits plans and training archives. Completed salary and benefit survey. Recruited and screened new employees. Performed and documented safety audits, using results to drive problem root cause analysis and influence changes in equipment, procedures, processes, and behaviors. Coached supervisors on safety training delivery and provided feedback on training events. Wrote safety newsletter for managers, supervisors and employees. Documented and transmitted Workers’ Compensation claims. Facilitated meetings with plant manager and consultants, visiting VPs, and governmental representatives. Organized various company activities.
