Encourage and coordinate employee participation in Lean Manufacturing projects. Lead the creation and implementation of on-the-job training process. Coach supervision and management on softskill techniques. Consult with plant manager and supervision on employee attendance, behavior, safety, productivity and other issues. Facilitate meetings with plant manager and consultants, visiting VPs, and governmental representatives. Manage Workers’ Compensation claims. Organize various company activities. Produced a database to track training and turnover. Developed prescreen assessment to optimize candidate selection. Developed company newsletter for all employees.
