Daily Duties at Chemical Leaman Corporation:

• Responsible for phone and on-site troubleshoot of proprietary and off the shelf software applications, Voice, Data, & PC’s for 23 states (120 sites), staff of 43, and over 2000 end-users. • Supported facility technical resources – software, PC’s, training lab, and library. • Responsible for multiple projects - tasks, timelines, deliverables, and issue reporting and escalation (matrix). • Timely and proactive reaction to personnel issues (i.e.: recognition of employee accomplishments as well as reaction to performance problems). • Trained end-users on remote communications and technical response systems – using 2 methods – Internet and Phone - Voice Recognition software (proprietary).
